I would like to thank you very much for running your Wendy's Fitness for Life classes. The Wednesday and Friday morning classes I attend are Great Fun and have helped me lose weight and be more flexible. Not only that they have given me the chance to meet lots of new people and make a lot of lovely friends! The variety of exercises you provide is amazing and your enthusiasm is infectious. I look forward to each class and hope they continue for a long time to come.My daughter attends the Wednesday evening Zumba class and loves it too.

Wendy makes exercise classes fun and enjoyable, she puts 100% into everything she does and is very knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition.
Whatever your age or ability there is something for you and we always have a laugh!

The weekly weigh ins and talks help a lot in keeping me focussed and Wendy always had words of encouragement when things got tough. Each week I was feeling fitter and happier about myself. The support and chats with everyone who attended made it enjoyable.
